Under My Skin

UMS Movie Poster

a Vito Lapiccola film

The film tells the story of Heather and James, two actors sent into a claustrophobic backstage area as part of eccentric director Jay Elliot Hall's audition process. Each of them has been given an objective to work out in a scene which they will later present to the director. James' objective is to scare Heather. Heather's objective is to deal with whatever James dishes out to her. Is James' apparent insanity merely a part of the audition, or is Heather trapped in the room with a seriously unbalanced individual? As tensions mount, they truly begin to get under each others' skin.  The film's director, Vito Lapiccola, lives in L.A. Executive Producers, Gregory E. Berry and Douglas Berry, worked in partnership with Beef Tips On Rice Productions' award-winning producer Steve Gelder and Joe Braza to bring the film to life.
